Flexible Working
We are looking into how we could facilitate greater flexibility in working practices in post production. We have a call out for case studies and will be adding resources to this page as we find them. Diversity in Post Production
Following BLM and the continued conversations about the lack of diversity in our industry, we are looking to improve diversity in Post Production. To that end we have set up a diversity sub committee within our branch to work on this goal.
We have run two surveys for editorial, Picture and Sound. The aim is to gain better understanding of the make up of the Post-Production industry in the UK. Whilst we know there’s a lot of work to be done, the data we hope to gain from these surveys will help us target our efforts to improve inclusion throughout our Post-Production industry.
