What is Union Recognition?
Do you work in a post production facility? Did you know that you can achieve union recognition in your workplace? Union recognition means that you have a place at the table with your employer and can get your voice heard.
Recognition in a workplace means that your employer recognises the role of the union in decisions that effect their employees and will consult with them.

Become a Rep
We are also looking for members who would be interested in becoming representatives (reps), to form a dedicated committee to work on behalf of members employed in post production facilities.
As a union rep, you will act as a bridge between your colleagues and the union, representing their interests and ensuring their concerns and suggestions are heard. No experience required.
