Members can contact the full-time officer supporting the branch, Meriel Beale via lpd@bectu.org.uk or on 0300 600 1878 and press 3 for support and advice on topics including your legal rights and employment law, rate queries, unfair dismissals and redundancies, monies owed, pensions and bullying and harassment.

Please send your membership number, a summary of the issue, with a timeline if appropriate, along with a copy of your contract/deal memo and any relevant correspondence, screenshots or notes.

Please mark urgent queries with URGENT and a clear subject line.
