Mental Health Survey

We were shocked and saddened to read the report of the Film & TV charity's survey on the state of the mental health of people working in the UK film industry. It crystallised for us in the Post Production and Facilities branch what our core purpose is: to fight to improve the basic conditions that our friends and colleagues are working under, which will in turn improve their sense of dignity and self-respect. To think that so many of the people we work alongside have considered or attempted suicide is heart-breaking, and with your backing and support we will keep doing all that we can, alongside the Bectu Dignity At Work and Eyes Half Shut campaigns, to try and make all of our situations better.

If you need help please call the Film & TV Charity’s Helpline on 0800 054 0000.
