The ballot on the proposed 2022 TV Drama Agreement terms from Pact has now closed and we can confirm the Bectu membership have voted by majority to accept the new terms proposed by Pact. To help you understand changes to the TV Agreement, Bectu Officials, Spencer Macdonald and Paula Lamont will be hosting two live webinars on 8th February and 22nd February.

Committee members have been involved with the negotiations all the way and our negotiating reps have produced a document for those working in Post Production to better inform you as you make your decision. Ballot closes on Sunday 11 December 2022 at 11.59pm.

Members will have received an email from BECTU with the latest and final offer from PACT. These terms are the best that can be achieved by negotiation and represent many months of detailed discussions between Bectu Reps, Officials and Pact Heads of Production.

Pact and Bectu have released the following joint statement regarding the latest talks on the TV Drama Agreement.

On Tuesday 11th July Pact sent a revised offer to BECTU which your branch representatives are be discussing and consulting with branch members.
